Boosh Mark makes engraved garden signs in Australia and posts them worldwide. Writing to us at orders@booshmark.com.au reaches a real person.
Nothing is sitting on a shelf. Every sign is cut and engraved after you order it, with the wording you chose.
We engrave exactly what appears in the preview — spelling, dates, names and all. We don't correct it, because we can't know whether an unusual spelling is a mistake or the whole point. Please read every line before you pay.
Prices are in Australian dollars. Signs are $7.95 each, less when you buy several — the discount is shown in your cart before you pay.
Payment is handled by Stripe. Your card details go straight to them and are never seen or stored by us.
Flat $10.00 anywhere in Australia, $18.00 anywhere else. We cut and post within five business days of your order.
Once it's with the post we're in their hands for timing. If it hasn't turned up when you'd expect, tell us and we'll chase it.
If your sign arrives damaged, or isn't what you ordered, send it back and we'll refund you in full. Email us first at orders@booshmark.com.au so we know it's coming — a photo helps and often saves you the postage.
Because each sign is engraved to order, we can't take it back simply because you've changed your mind, or because the wording you gave us had a typo in it. That's why we ask you to check the preview carefully.
None of this takes away your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If a sign is faulty, you're entitled to a repair, replacement or refund regardless of what this page says.
Gift cards run from $5.00 to $500.00, arrive by email, and never expire. They can be spent on anything we sell. They can't be exchanged for cash, and if an order costs less than the card's value the remainder stays on the card for next time.
The writing, photographs and designs on this site are ours. The wording you write for your own sign stays yours — we only use it to make and send your order.
